Server logs
When you visit this website, technical log data (IP address, user agent and time of access) is processed temporarily on the basis of our legitimate interest in stable and secure operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is not combined with other sources and is automatically deleted after no more than 7 days.
Google Analytics 4
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to analyse use of our website, including page views, scroll depth, expanded show details, displayed ticket lists, selected tickets, and clicks on ticket and phone links. For tickets we send the show identifier, title and displayed starting price, not a purchase price. Data processed includes pages visited, device and browser information and cookie identifiers. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. According to Google, IP addresses from EU visitors are used only to derive an approximate location and are discarded before further processing; GA4 does not store full IP addresses from these visits. Recipients may include Google LLC in the United States. Google relies on its EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification for the relevant transfers. User-level event data is retained for 14 months; aggregated standard reports are not subject to this deletion period. You can withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie settings”.
Google Ads conversion measurement
With your consent, we use conversion measurement provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We measure clicks on ticket buttons as conversions to assess the effectiveness of our ads. Data sent includes the click event, the displayed ticket price and, where available, ad and cookie identifiers. A click does not confirm a ticket purchase. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie settings”. Purchases are completed externally on t.rausgegangen.de and are subject to rausgegangen.de’s privacy policy. Our click measurement does not collect order or payment data from that external purchase.
Hosting (Vercel, USA)
Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Technical connection data is processed as described under server logs. Vercel is based in the United States; transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Article 46 GDPR) or, where certified, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel (Article 28 GDPR).
Database (Supabase, EU)
Website content (events, comedians and reviews) is stored in an EU-based Supabase instance (Ireland region, Supabase Inc.). A data processing agreement is in place with the provider (Article 28 GDPR). Content is served from the EU.
Artist images
Photos are served and optimised on the server by our hosting provider. Your IP address is not transmitted to the original image source in this process.
Contact by email
If you contact us by email (haha@hahacomedy.de), we process the information you provide (name, email address and message) to handle your enquiry, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once your enquiry has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Tickets & third parties
Tickets are sold through external providers such as rausgegangen.de. Clicking a ticket link takes you away from our website; the respective provider’s privacy policy then applies. Links to social networks and map services are plain links without embedded content, so visiting our pages does not transmit data to those services.
